SMS Terms & Conditions

This section describes how Blue Hills Window Cleaning sends text messages to customers and prospective customers, what your rights are under those communications, and how to opt in or opt out. Use of our SMS service requires your consent to these terms.

1. SMS Consent Communication

The information you provide as part of the SMS consent process — including your phone number — will not be shared with any third party or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS communication are used solely to send the messages you have consented to receive from Blue Hills Window Cleaning.

Higher-frequency periods may occur during quote/scheduling. Lower-frequency periods occur outside of an active service relationship.

4. Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier’s pricing plan. Blue Hills Window Cleaning does not charge a fee for sending or receiving these text messages, but your carrier may. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your specific plan and any applicable charges.

5. Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Blue Hills Window Cleaning in any of the following ways:

  • By submitting a quote request form on bluehillswc.com and checking the SMS consent box
  • By texting us first at (813) 279-6428
  • Verbally, during a phone conversation with our team

6. Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Blue Hills Window Cleaning at any time. To do so, simply reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our SMS list.
